The story.
Tara built her career the hard way—starting as a licensed appraiser, learning to read a property by its bones before its paint. That foundation became her edge: she sees value where others see cosmetics.
Over 25 years she's listed and sold across every tier of the Naples market—Old Naples cottages, Pelican Bay high-rises, Port Royal estates, and ground-up new construction in Aqualane Shores. She's also flipped, redeveloped, and project-managed some of her own deals, including a single redevelopment that produced $1.3M in profit on a $2.5M basis.
"Tool Time Tara" isn't a marketing line—she actually does the staging, the design direction, and the curb-appeal calls personally, often on her own dime, when a listing needs to move.
Outside the deal, she trains for Ironman. The same discipline shows up at the closing table.
